Malice [Mal-is] – intent on the part of a person who commits a wrongful act injurious to others
Malice [Mal-is] – (Antonym) – shattering limbs to bits, issuing a statement of regret, serving out a 3 game ban and getting on with it as though everything is hunky dory

Following the Toyota Way which basically is all about standardization, the Premier League Association has drafted an official statement format which will be circulated for future use. I managed to land a copy which I bring for our readers exclusively.
I think Felipe has brilliantly described the mental state of all us Arsenal fans last night in his match report direct from the Britannia. I get the feeling that if i go into how I too was in tears and how horrible i felt this morning, how my head spins every time i look at the below pictures and how i think murder when I remember cowardly managers, I’d be getting repetitive. Plus, I’m positive all of you experienced the exact gamut of emotions as me.
You don’t need to be a Lewin, ladies and gentlemen to know someone has done something really bad to you if you end up like this.
Oh and Tony, this is not lil ickle Ryan’s first time either; Francis Jeffers, October 20th 2007, Shattered Ankle; ring a bell? I wonder if he’ll still be crying when he’s on his plane to play Egypt. Cappello’s building quite the squad here; adulterers, assailants and cheats. You wonder what’s next; Wife Beaters?
So again, the entire blogosphere is done and dusted dissecting the 90 minutes at the Britannia. Even the most extremist Manc is probably going “Hmmm, 3 in 5 years. Something’s got to be wrong somewhere”. I’m not going to do that. I’m going to do a little post match thinking aloud here.
Almost 2 years to the day ago, Eduardo had his ankle shattered by a similar gang of thugs. We were 5 points ahead in the title race and 2-1 up in the game in the 90th minute before we imploded, conceded a penalty and saw our season disintegrate before our very eyes ultimately finishing third. That game is still (in)famous for our then captain’s actions
This time around, with 10 games to go, we had Ramsey with a destroyed fibula and tibia, were 6 points behind league leaders Chelsea, 1-1 at 90 minutes at a place we’ve never taken even a point, before we rallied, showed immense character and spirit by focusing on the task at hand and running out 3-1 winners. This game too, I shall remember forever for my team’s and my captain’s post game actions.
There is a very small ray of sunshine amidst all this doom and gloom. Sadly we cannot go back in time and prevent this shocking injury from happening. However, Aaron is only 19. His body will hopefully go into overdrive heal mode as is usually the case in teenagers. The year, year and half ahead is not going to be easy but he is certainly not alone in this. He has the experience of a man who’s lived through this exact same hell in Eduardo who I’m confident as one of our older, more experienced personnel, will do his everything to ensure that this period is as easy as possible for our genius Welshman.
Last and probably the least, he knows he has the goodwill of millions of Arsenal fans and that the day he does make his comeback, 60,000 fans will be singing his name at the Emirates and the rest of us sporting a wide grin on our faces while plonked on the couch.
This injury too like Dudu’s can be our turning point in the season except, this time in a positive way. We wanted to do it for him then, sadly we failed.
This time we HAVE to do it for Ramsey.
Get well soon Aaron. All the best!
I mst b cncere ,FA shud come up with a new strict rule which will sideline a player who intentionally injures a player like that of Eduado nd Ramsey, this is gettin 2much
Football is a physical game, but what keeps happening to Arsenal players over n over again is simply unacceptable. 3 players have ended up with broken bones and the culprits get away with just an apology.
I am not an Arsenal fan, but after that incident even I want Arsenal to win the league. They deserve something. It was horrific to just watch it on TV. I can’t imagine how the players must have felt. The same thing happening twice
screw Pulis and his no malice shit……the bottom line is that the tackle wouldn’t have come in if it wasn’t for the manager telling his team that the only way they were going to beat Arsenal was to try and kick our shins off.
Sol’s reaction the moment he arrived at the scene was something that was missing for a few years. Every other player showed pure sorrow and shock but Sol spewed pure anger. Pure rage at it’s best and someone like Sol was exactly what we needed at that moment.
Sol is totally the man. Every time he gets the ball you’re thinking Shit! he looks so clumsy. He’s gonna give the ball away, And then Bam, He’s halfway down the pitch taking strides the size of the vamana avatar giving the ball to Cesc.
Undoubtedly, ruined the season. I guess now is the time to see if we are still the same team from 2006-2007 or whether we have matured in the last 2 years !.. Good luck Aaron.
BTW dont count Aaron out to return stronger. I am sure he will be back stronger and more matured !
Didn’t know any other way to share this but this article is just sick and retarded. The only way this guy could have written this article was if he harbored a deep intense hatred for Arsene Wenger :
http://www.goal.com/en/news/9/england/2010/03/01/1812788/arsenal-comment-how-many-more-injured-players-will-it-take
Well, I think the guy is just mad. He’s got no brains and his analysis stinks. He thought he had this wonderful new angle and wrote a shitty piece. He’s retarded, that’s about it really.
exactly!!
shite man.
