“Praising John Terry for the win at the bridge is like awarding the Oscar for the best dialogues to “CAST AWAY”. Abstruse, incongruous, inaccurate and so totally dumb.”
- A prominent dig at keyrock’s prominent post
According to an old drunkard, whom I met yesterday, breaks are supposed to be used for relaxation. Not reflecting on previous performances and predicting who is going to win what. So just to beat the boredom a bit I have put up a few questions, in the form of a quiz. It’s called the Ultimate Football-Hollywood challenge. Please type in the answers as comments, and for a change, try to be honest.
Rules:
1) All the answers to the following questions are names of English movies, mostly Hollywood.
2) Its 2 points for a correct answer, -1 for a wrong attempt and -106 for a did not attempt.
3) Your answers should match with mine. Otherwise it’d be a -1 i am afraid.
4) Everybody has only one attempt. Remember that.
Prize:
There is a lot at stake of course. If you finish first, you will get the “Another Great Man” award. Why you may ask. Great Men think alike don’t they? For second place, you will get “You hate Liverpool as much as me. But that’s all” award. For third place, you will get a “you did Okay” award. From fourth place onwards, you will get a “you just got a big round of applause” award. And answers shall be revealed in two or three days, depending on err…nothing.
And let the search for another great man begin.

@ SK : U r a disgrace to the quizzing world ever since u answered Floyd Anderson and Pink Council.
Totally uncool, this post. U can ridicule him, criticize him call him a fool. But to say he is a Psycho and make everyone tell the same doesnt go down too well with me. Some people here ridiculed Keyur for the Chelsea post. In what way is this different I don’t know…..
Agreed mate…But, there wasn’t a Joker and Dr.Strangelove was the closest thing… It was a tough choice btw
Since I answered the Psycho thing first , I apologize and change my answer. It’s not a 1960′s movie but 1952, which makes the difference lesser than the number of points liverpool are adrift of Chelsea. Since every Scouse thinks that Liverpool still have a chance, this difference of 8 can surely be forgiven.
so my answer is:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0044600/
