I think today’s substitutions were the best Rafa could have done….he knows Liverpool don’t have a shot at the championship, their squad’s way too thin..he was hoping to hold on for a draw..and focus on the Champions league…
When ur replacements for ur two best attacking threats are Nathan Ellington and Daniel Ayala (who i thought was a defender)…shows u how much u guys are struggling….
But..u never know with Rafa..they could go to Lyon and pull of a win, and then march their way to champions league…(of course that would mean wrapping torres in cotton wool and starting league games with Voronin and N’gog)….
